Welcome back to The becoming the big knee podcast. I'm your host
Speaker:Djemilah Birnie and you are tuning into minute madness, a
Speaker:little dose of epicness delivered in five minutes or
Speaker:less.
Speaker:What is up, you guys, it is Djemilah Birnie here and today
Speaker:I'm wanting to talk to you about faith versus fear. So, faith and
Speaker:fear are both things that you cannot see, faith in fear is
Speaker:believing in things that you cannot see. However, having
Speaker:faith will completely transform your life in a positive way.
Speaker:Whereas living in fear will completely paralyze you, and
Speaker:inhibit you from taking action on those things that are going
Speaker:to move you forward in your life. And you're always going to
Speaker:be living in either a place of faith or fear in your actions,
Speaker:either faith that you can do it faith that it's going to work
Speaker:out faith in your capabilities, or fear of failing fear of not
Speaker:reaching that goal of fear of looking silly.
Speaker:Or, I mean, so many other fears, right. But both of these things
Speaker:are believing in something that we cannot see. It's believing in
Speaker:something that hasn't happened yet. And it's believing in
Speaker:something that is not yet tangible. So if you're going to
Speaker:believe in something that you cannot see which one is going to
Speaker:serve you better, is it going to serve you better to live in that
Speaker:state of fear? Or is it going to serve you better to live in that
Speaker:state of faith, understanding that I'm not talking faith in a
Speaker:religious type of way, although sometimes, you know, that is
Speaker:something that helps people quite a bit, but I'm talking
Speaker:about faith in yourself. I'm talking about faith in your
Speaker:capabilities, I'm talking about faith in whatever it is that
Speaker:you're trying to accomplish your higher purpose, right. So which
Speaker:one is going to lead you to having a more purpose filled and
Speaker:fulfilling life, believing in the fear that you cannot see
Speaker:believing in the fear of the unknown, or believing in the
Speaker:faith in your capabilities, believing in the faith that you
Speaker:will pull through in the end?
